If you currently do not use Goldmine®, our initial meeting with you would be spent discussing your business needs. Taking your current situation as a starting point, we will draw up a route plan based around a Goldmine® Implementation to support your business goals.

Goldmine® Consultancy/Review
In order to ensure Goldmine® is working effectively for your organisation, we spend time working with you to establish a number of measurement points which you expect Goldmine to manage. This is expressed in terms of business processes which are common to your organisation (enquiry handling, marketing activity etc). We then look at the different areas of Goldmine® that need to reflect this activity and plan the work that needs to take place in order to fulfil these requirements.

As part of this activity we look at how the different fields are used on the main data screens and draw up system standards, so that every member of the team is using the system consistently. This is emphasised in any training activity.

Interim IT and Strategic Management

Gale Consulting can organise to have someone on site working with you as a member of your team. An individual who is well versed in the operations of customer services and who is also an expert in using and setting up Goldmine®, will work alongside your staff and be on hand to ensure the system is fully utilised.

Based on the requirements of your project, (some elements of which may not be related to Goldmine®), we can match the individual to operate at the level most appropriate - wherever you want us to fit in.

Within any new functional area we will work with you along the following lines: -

  • Discuss and plan workflow
  • Map this to Goldmine®
  • Set up the various codes and reports in the system
  • Test and approve this with yourselves
  • Document user cue cards
  • Train your users
  • Check user progress through feedback and report content
