Open House Workshops – General theatre style demonstrations to focus on specific system use. These can be held in an informal manner over lunch to attract as many users as possible.
Administrator Training – Focusing on the more technical elements of Workspace, adding users, maintaining data etc.
Monitoring
Keeping track of system usage, identifying areas for user training and development.
Advice in developing use into other areas of the business (more advance modules, integration with third party systems etc)
